Once you’ve established your overall design vision, it’s time to select the individual details that will bring it to life. But with countless decor, rental, and stationery options available, the research and decision-making can become overwhelming. 

My Custom Design Proposal service simplifies the process. I’ll create a personalized design proposal with thoughtful recommendations for every design element, complete with direct purchase and rental links. My goal is to save you from hours of research and overwhelm, and to leave you with a professionally designed, cohesive wedding. 





ThE DESIGN PROPOSAL service includes: 




• An initial Zoom consultation to discuss your wedding vision, venue, budget, design preferences, and love story
• A comprehensive, personalized design proposal (typically 20+ pages)


• Specific recommendations for your stationery, signage, linens, place settings, rentals, decor, favors, wedding party attire, and nearly every other design decision for your wedding

• Multiple curated options
• Direct purchase or rental links for every recommended item (or referrals to specialty vendors when custom work is the best fit)

• General floral and candle recommendations—including suggested flower varieties, an overall floral style, and ideas for incorporating florals throughout your wedding—to help guide conversations with your florist
• One round of revisions to ensure the proposal reflects your vision

I’ll work directly with your florist to transform the floral vision from your Design Proposal into a customized floral proposal with specific arrangements, quantities, pricing, and other details. I’ll also review the proposal to ensure it aligns with your overall design vision and budget before final decisions are made.







ThIS ADD-ON includes: 




• Coordination directly with your florist
• Detailed recommendations for all of your floral elements and candles

• Floral pricing prepared by your florist

• Review of the proposal and coordination of revisions, if needed
