• An initial Zoom consultation to discuss your wedding day plans and priorities
• Direct communication with your entire vendor team to ensure your timeline reflects their logistical needs
• Careful review of your vendors’ schedules to identify potential logistical conflicts before your wedding day
• Follow-up communication with you to clarify your priorities and preferences if questions arise while developing your timeline
• A comprehensive master timeline that includes:
• All of your wedding day happenings, from getting ready and portraits through your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception events (including speeches, meal service, cake cutting, dancing, and more)
• Any relevant vendor timing, such as arrival, setup, delivery, departure, and breakdown times
• Built-in buffer time to help your day stay on schedule, even if unexpected delays arise
• One round of revisions based on any feedback you have on the completed timeline
